By also being extremely water resistant and stable, SPC floors are a great choice for those looking to lay over underfloor heating or in kitchens / bathrooms.
The SPC Espresso Oak is smokey grey colour with a distinctive paler grain running throughout the board. This, combined with long and wide boards, produces an impressive and unique floorboard which could work perfectly in the right setting. This is not your average colour, but it’s not designed to be.
The planks can be easily installed by simply clicking and locking them together without the need for any additional glues or underlays.
