SPC Boathouse Grey is another unique colour within our LVT Stone Plastic Composite Range. The colour of the Boathouse Grey would be described as a combination of both greys and browns with paler bandsaw marks across the surface of the board. This produces a rustic, weathered look and is perfect for those looking for a practical LVT floor with more character and charm.
This product is suitable to be used over wet underfloor heating systems and is extremely water resistant making it well suited to all areas of the home including kitchen and bathrooms. Also, due to its high levels of durability it’s a very practical flooring solution for retail outlets and offices.
When buying this product there is no need to purchase any additional adhesives or underlays. This is thanks to its built-in underlay and this, combined with its accurate click lock system, makes this a very easy floorboard to install.
