We take pride in making sure that we don’t simply sell a floor. We’re always happy to talk through the individual requirements to find the best solution as Ben Lambert told us:

“Able to visit showroom and discuss requirements without any hardsell tactics. Once decision made, advice on a reliable fitter was provided. First class product, first class old fashion service from a local family firm. We also slightly over estimated on materials so received a refund for a unopened box of flooring and a tin of wax. How many companies would do that? Well pleased with all aspects of this transaction.”

I was referred by a friend to check JFJ wood flooring for the engineered oak floor I was looking for. After a quick chat with Tom and a look at they’re website I decided to place the order. Tom and his team are very friendly and they answered all my questions, supporting us from day 1 to the end of the installation. My purchase was the Country engineered Oak floor with mixed length boards. The quality of this product is very high, and the mixed lengths allowed us to use the material to the maximum with the minimum waste. The Rewmar flexible adhesive glue as well it’s a very good product, and the Treatex hardwax oil is just the cherry on top. Very recommended. They’re website has a section with very useful guidelines for the installation and once again Tom and his team made the difference answering all my question as I decided to install the floor my self.
