Dear John/Tom,
Chris Chadwick here from up in West Yorkshire. We received our 190 x 21mm ‘Supreme’ engineered oak flooring from you, about 4/5 weeks ago. It is now fitted and I have treated it with 2 coats of Treatex Clear Matt, hardwax oil. We are very pleased with the floor. When I spoke to John on the phone I promised I would send some finished pictures to use on the website if you think they are good enough!
Our house is a bungalow and the photos you see are of the entrance way, hall way and dining room. The serviced I received from you was fantastic and very helpful, especially despite John unfortunately having a funeral to organise at the time and coping with running the business on his own on top of that!!
