Application
Treatex Hardener is both solvent and odour free and can be used in one or both coats of Clear Treatex Hardwax Oil. Designed specifically for high traffic floors Clear Treatex Hardwax Oil can be mixed in the ratio 20:1 to Treatex Hardener to increase the mechanical resistance of the finished surface.
Adding Treatex Hardener starts a chemical reaction which cannot be stopped and the mixture must be used within 3 hours.

Treatex Hardener can be used in one or both coats of Hardwax Oil.
Mix Treatex Hardener 1:20 to Hardwax Oil Clear. Adding Hardener will start a chemical reaction that can’t be stopped.
The hardener will strengthen and become ‘harder’ in the tin even with the lid on. The mixture remains usable for up to three hours, so it is recommended to only mix enough for the completion of one coat at a time.
Once mixed, apply Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear as per instructions.
